The Boulden Family have long been supporters of the slow-foods movement. This initial interest in the slow-foods movement directed the Bouldens to start seeking out healthier and more flavorful options for food leading them to shop at local farmers markets.

Our Story
Local Family Farm
After years of building friendships with farmers at these markets, and always having an interest in raising fresh vegetables and herbs in summer gardens, the Bouldens started small by raising non-GMO pasture-raised chicken, which then led to replicating this operation for ducks, and so-on.
As the Boulden family began to establish their operation, this led them to start reading and learning about more sustainable farming practices such as rotational grazing and foraging.
